just off the Loop 289 on the South side of Lubbock, Texas, the office is open from 8am to 6pm with extended evening hours available.

to the Center for Psychological Services. Richard Lee Wall,
Ph.D., HSP, is a Clinical Psychologist who is licensed as a
Psychologist and Health Service Provider (HSP) by the State
Board of Examiners in Texas. He is a Registered Custody
Evaluator (RCE) DIPLOMAT: Academy Register of Custody Evaluators
and the Professional Academy of Custody Evaluators (PACE). Dr
Wall is currently in private practice and is a Clinical
Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Psychiatry at TTUHSC School
of Medicine
At the Center there is a broad range of
psychological services provided. Dr Wall has been in private
practice since 1969 and has extensive experience with all ages
