Welcome to the Center for Psychological Services. Richard Lee Wall, Ph.D., HSP, is a Clinical Psychologist  who is licensed as a Psychologist and Health Service Provider (HSP) by the State Board of Examiners in Texas. He is a Registered Custody Evaluator (RCE) DIPLOMAT: Academy Register of Custody Evaluators and the Professional Academy of Custody Evaluators (PACE). Dr Wall is currently in private practice and is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Dept. of Psychiatry at TTUHSC School of Medicine.

At the Center there is a broad range of psychological services provided. Dr Wall has been in private practice since 1969 and has extensive experience with all ages of clients. The services include:

Located just off the Loop 289 on the South side of Lubbock, Texas, the office is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. with extended evening hours available.
